Hope everyone is staying warm. That’s been quite a challenge if you have to be outside lately. Another challenge is keeping the pantry’s shelves stocked. Below in the photo are regularly needed items. Any other unexpired food is very welcome. Thanks as always for taking care of your neighbors by donating. We appreciate you.

A big thank you to the Dryden Fire Department for their large donation of meat and meat products. The pantry is well restocked for the new year ahead which is a great relief. It's never enough to just say thank you to them and all the rest of you who remain faithful in your donations to the pantry. So much good comes from it. Small town heroes.

A huge thank you to the Dryden Boy Scout Troops 130 and 142. (Apologies to Troop 142 for the accidental failure to include them in the original post). The two troops just dropped 900 pounds of food off at the pantry. The food was gathered during their food drive which so many of you contributed to so that huge thank you must extend to all of you. So many families will benefit from this incredible donation. Thank you so much!!

November may prove more challenging for some families than usual this year if SNAP benefits lapse which looks very likely. The pantry has seen an increase in families needing help just this week because of the ordinary high price of groceries. You have all been so faithful and generous and are much appreciated. We need your help again. Unexpired food items in general are needed, but in particular food items that will make a whole meal are very welcome. Thank you!
