A special thank you to our community and the surrounding areas for your tremendous support following the fire that recently dealt a devastating blow to our community.

Our community deserves special recognition for the countless contributions made to support first responders. We witnessed an overwhelming outpouring of support throughout the evening. Whether it was cases of water and Gatorade, fruit, ice, or the many other items provided, every contribution made a difference. We truly appreciate each and every one of you who went above and beyond.

Thank you to the businesses that welcomed first responders with open arms, providing them with a place to rest, cool down, and recharge. We are also incredibly grateful to the restaurants throughout Du Quoin that provided and delivered countless meals for everyone working the scene.

Once again, we cannot thank our community and surrounding areas enough for your unwavering support of our first responders, especially during times of need. Your generosity, kindness, and willingness to step up for those serving our community did not go unnoticed.
