On June 2,2026 the Dublin Borough Police Department received reaccreditation status (which occurs every three years) at the commission meeting held during the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police conference in King of Prussia. Accreditation is optional and labor intensive and only a small percentage of police departments in Pennsylvania achieve this status. We are proud to be among that group. Special thanks to Sergeant Kirk and Detective McClelland for their efforts as well as to the other Dublin Borough officers that make this possible.

We are pleased to introduce our newest officer, Mark Stillman, who was sworn in by Mayor Chris Hayes at last night's borough council meeting. Mark lives locally and has past police experience with the Falls Township Police Department. His wife and children were on hand to witness the swearing in ceremony, and his children pinned his new badge to his uniform. Welcome to DBPD Mark!

At the February 23.2026 council meeting Mayor Chris Hayes presented Officer Robert Burkhardt with a plaque in recognition of his years of service to Dublin Borough Police as a part-time officer. Bob has also served as a New Britain Township police officer and as a member of the Bucks County Park Police. Bob is moving to a recently purchased home in South Carolina and leaves a big void to fill at DBPD. We wish him and his family the best in their new life and thank him for his service!

Another snowy day in Dublin. Please stay safe, especially when driving.

We would like to remind everyone to move cars off of our roadways so that plowing can be done in the most efficient way possible.

Secondly, a reminder to clear your sidewalks within 24 hours of the end of precipitation.

Thanks!
