🚒❤️ Small acts can make a big impact!

On May 23, 2026, Engine 10 responded to a call involving a young community member after a bicycle collided with a golf cart.

Thankfully, there were no injuries. During the interaction, our crew learned that a bike helmet wasn’t available.

Wanting to help keep safety first, Engine 10 made a special trip to purchase a new bike helmet — and it absolutely made his day! 😊🚲⛑️

At Alameda County Fire Department, serving our communities goes beyond emergency response. It’s about building relationships, supporting our neighbors, and helping keep our youth safe.

Great job to Engine 10 for showing what community care is all about! 👏🔥

The Alameda County Fire Department is proud to stand alongside our community in remembrance, service, and respect.
