Highland Ridge Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art facility and was originally constructed in 1969 and acquired by Hill Valley Healthcare in 2019. In 2011, Highland Ri

dge underwent a renovation and expansion project that is now complete. The progressive skilled nursing facility has 132-beds with semi-private and private rooms. The Center provides short-term skilled nursing and a specialized rehabilitation program.
