📚🔎 7th Grade Library Station Challenge! 🔎📚

Today, our 7th grade Language Arts students put their research and critical-thinking skills to work during a Library Station Challenge! Students explored library databases, searched the shelves for books, discovered new books of interest, and put their detective skills to the test by learning how to spot fake news and misinformation. 🕵️‍♀️📰

From finding reliable information to finding their next great read, our students were curious, engaged, and ready to explore! 📖✨

🔬🧪 Things got a little messy in 6th grade science! 🧪🔬

Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Schumacker’s science students got hands-on with an exciting Oobleck Lab, exploring the unique properties of this fascinating substance through observation, experimentation, and plenty of curiosity! 👐✨

And the fun didn’t stop with the students! Principal Wilkinson and Assistant Principal Mrs. Tiefenthaler got in on the action and put their hands to the test, too! 😂🧪

Our 6th grade social studies students put their map skills to the test with a fun and engaging competition! Students raced to apply their knowledge, navigate maps, and showcase their geography skills—all while learning and having a little friendly competition along the way. 🏆📍

🍅🇪🇸 **Spanish class got a little messy… without the mess!** 🇪🇸🍅

Our Spanish students took their learning outside for a fun activity inspired by **La Tomatina**, Spain’s famous tomato-throwing festival! Students learned about this unique Spanish tradition while putting their own spin on the celebration by “throwing” **paper tomatoes**. 🍅😂

It was a fun way to explore Spanish culture, get outside, and bring learning to life through a hands-on experience. We love seeing our students having fun while making connections to the world beyond the classroom! 🌎✨
