🌿 MFC Mental Health Quote of the Day 🌿 “Check in with yourself”

Everyone has tough days; it’s okay to notice your feelings. Checking in with yourself helps you catch warning signs early. By paying attention to your emotions, body, and thoughts, you can take action before a crisis happens. You’re not alone; help is always available, and reaching out to someone you trust can make a big difference.

Please take a look at the flyer for more information on how to check in with yourself.

🌿 MFC Mental Health Quote of the Day 🌿 “List three specific things you are grateful for each night. This shifts focus from what went wrong to what went right. "

They can be small, quiet moments or meaningful wins — what matters is noticing them. Gratitude doesn’t pretend life is perfect. It simply reminds you that even in the midst of challenges, there are still pieces of your world that are steady and worth holding close.

Tonight, give yourself that moment. Let your mind settle on what went right, and let it lift you.

What are your three for today?

🌿 MFC Mental Health Quote of the Day 🌿 “There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” — John Green

Your mind can be loud, but it isn’t always right. You’ve overcome every hard moment so far — proof that you’re stronger than the thoughts trying to hold you back. Hope is still here. And so are you.
