We have received word from the printer that the 2020 Tax notices are being mailed on October 19th. If you do not receive the notice in the upcoming week please check with our office to make sure we have the correct mailing address on file for your property. The Office number is 435-738-1190. Remember Property Taxes are Due November 30th, 2020.

Duchesne County continues to take proactive steps to protect the workplace and its citizens during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is the county’s goal to provide essential services online or over the phone, as much as possible, to ensure the safety of county employees and citizens.

Beginning Tuesday, May 5, 2020:
the Duchesne County Administration building,
the Roosevelt DMV building,
the Centennial Event Center,
the county Fire & Emergency Management building,
the county W**d Department office,
the county Travel and Tourism/Chamber of Commerce office, and
the county Building and Grounds building will be open to the public BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

When you arrive for your appointment at any county office, please be prepared to answer COVID-19 screening questions AND have a mask with you. Masks are required.
The libraries in Duchesne and Roosevelt and the Crossroads Senior Center will remain CLOSED until further notice.
Citizens are asked to complete as much business as possible with the county online. The county is also asking that non-essential businesses wait until the outbreak becomes more controlled.

Many of the county services can be completed online at duchesne.utah.gov and forms can be found at duchesnecounty.seamlessgov.com/.

At this time, the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, the County Road Department, and the landfill will remain open to the public but would like to stress the importance of conducting your business online or by telephone whenever possible.

Duchesne County is taking proactive steps to protect the workplace and citizens during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is the goal of Duchesne County to provide essential services online or over the phone to ensure the safety of our employees and citizens.

Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, the Duchesne County Administration building and Roosevelt DMV will be closed to the public. The County Administration building will re-open Monday, March 23, 2020, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for citizens who wish to attend the County Commission’s Public Meeting. All offices will remain closed until further notice. Employees of the County will remain working and will assist citizens over the phone or by appointment. Citizens may also complete services online. Many of the County’s services can be obtained online at www.duchense.utah.gov and forms can be found at https://duchesnecounty.seamlessgov.com/.

Tax notices have been mailed and should be arriving as early as today in the mail.

This is a friendly reminder that property taxes are due Nov 30th, 2018. To avoid paying late fees please submit your payment before the due date. We will honor a post mark of Nov 30th. Or you are welcome to visit during business hours 8:30 to 5:00.

We have sent our tax file to the printers. If you are needing to update your address please call 435-738-1190. They should arrive before Nov 1st, 2018.

9 days left. Please get your tax payments mailed or delivered before Nov 30th to avoid the late penalties.

We would like to announce that Tax Notices have been mailed out as of October 23rd 2017. If you have not received your notice please contact our office at 435-738-1190. We have had a lot of returned mail due to the Post Office discontinuing rural routes in the Roosevelt area.
