Tri-County Electric Membership Corporation TCEMC is an electricity provider serving approximately 27,000 members in Wayne, Duplin, Lenoir, Johnston, Jones, Sampson and Wayne counties.

Another successful year of the Tri-County EMC Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament is in the books! We are grateful to the businesses, organizations, and individuals who sponsored and participated in this year's tournament. With 194 golfers and more than 100 sponsored holes, it was a fantastic day filled raising money to support local students and their educational goals.

Attention Members,
We are currently experiencing a power outage due to a loss of transmission service from Duke Energy. At this time, approximately 6,000 members in Duplin County and 1,200 members in Lenoir County are affected.

Duke Energy and Tri-County EMC crews are working diligently to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. The current estimated restoration time is later this morning. We understand the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
