This graduating class included three U.S. Army veterans and one U.S. Marine Corps veteran, each bringing with them the discipline, experience, and leadership that strengthen our business and the clients we serve. We are proud to recognize their achievement and look forward to supporting their continued success.

Stillwater Human Capital Awarded SeaPort-NxG Contract Vehicle by the U.S. Department of the Navy

Herndon, VA — Stillwater Human Capital is proud to announce its formal acceptance onto the Department of the Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) multiple-award contract (MAC), a significant milestone that further solidifies the company's strategic growth across the Department of Defense (DoD) and its affiliated service branches.

SeaPort-NxG serves as the Navy's primary vehicle for acquiring professional support services across 23 functional areas, including engineering, financial management, and program management. With this award, Stillwater joins a select group of contractors authorized to deliver mission-critical capabilities in support of naval operations both domestically and abroad.

“This contract vehicle represents a major step forward in our continued expansion within the federal defense space,” said David Willard, President and CEO of Stillwater Human Capital. “It reflects the Navy’s confidence in our ability to deliver specialized support to the warfighter across a spectrum of operational needs.”

Stillwater’s offerings under the SeaPort-NxG contract will include:

Mission Training Support – Delivering advanced training programs tailored to joint and service-specific operational readiness.

Physical and Force Protective Services – Providing security operations in sensitive and high-threat environments, including cleared protective services personnel.

Cloud-Based Engineering and Technical Solutions – Supporting digital modernization initiatives with secure, scalable cloud-based architecture and systems integration.

Join us in congratulating Cole Kielhorn, a rising sophomore at the College of William & Mary, where he excels both in the classroom as an honor roll student and on the field as a Division I football athlete, and Benjamin Willard, an incoming freshman in the elite Pro-Flight program at Florida Institute of Technology.

On this solemn occasion, Stillwater Human Capital honors the brave individuals who fought on D-Day. June 6, 1944, marked a pivotal moment in history when over 156,000 Allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy, demonstrating unparalleled courage and sacrifice. Their relentless determination and bravery in the face of adversity turned the tide of World War II, paving the way for the liberation of Europe from tyranny.

Last week, Stillwater's President and CEO, David Willard, and Stephen Gallant, Senior Vice President of Government Services, were honored to participate in and support the Special Operations Wounded Warrior Program (SOWW) for a second year. David Willard said, "Stillwater's unique position within our market to provide services to the National Security and Department of Defense communities is a position we never take for granted. We will continue supporting our SOF community and never forget all men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms".

Stillwater specializes in national security solutions, ensuring rapid response and adaptability in today's dynamic threatscape. SOWW (Special Operations Wounded Warriors), a 501(c)(3) Charity, was formed in August of 2012 for the distinct purpose of providing outdoor experiences and focused therapeutic retreats to a select group of both active duty and veteran U.S. Military Special Operations Forces, that have received wounds (both seen and unseen) in battle or significant training accidents, most of which that have been awarded our Country's prestigious Purple Heart Medal. These men and women pay not only a physical and mental price during their service to our Country; some have paid the ultimate price for their fellow man. For those who return home, often with the never-fading scars of their conquests, SOWW exists to demonstrate our Country's appreciation for their efforts and contributions. It is our objective to help bridge the gap from military service to the enjoyment of the freedoms that they fought so courageously to defend.
