We are expecting widespread rain early this week across the Northland, with two distinct rounds of precipitation forecast from Monday night through early Thursday morning. The first round will impact the Arrowhead, north-central Minnesota, the I-35 corridor, and central Minnesota from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. A second round will move over the I-35 corridor, the Arrowhead, and northwest Wisconsin from Tuesday afternoon into Thursday afternoon. Rain amounts of a tenth up to an inch are possible across the region. Check the provided table for peak rain chances in your specific area throughout the week.

Today brings morning shower chances, but we will see decreasing clouds by this afternoon with highs between 62 and 72 degrees. Expect lows tonight dropping into the 40s. Looking ahead, rain chances return Monday night and continue through Tuesday night, finally clearing out on Wednesday. Temperatures will remain near to above normal.
