Normanna Fire Department is incredibly grateful to receive a generous donation of 15 protective fire hoods for our firefighters through the Hoods4Heroes program.

Proper protective equipment is essential to keeping our firefighters safe, and these hoods will provide an important additional layer of protection while serving our community. We are thankful for organizations and individuals who recognize the sacrifices our volunteer firefighters make and invest in their safety.

A special THANK YOU to MNFFF - Minnesota Fire Fighters Foundation and Randy Shaver Cancer Research & Community Fund for helping make this donation possible and for their continued support of Minnesota firefighters. ❤️‍🔥

Your generosity makes a difference; not only for our department, but for the firefighters who stand ready to answer the call.

🇺🇸

Today, members of Normanna Fire Department joined firefighters and first responders from multiple area departments at AMSOIL Arena for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb.

Together, we climbed 110 flights of stairs
-one step at a time-
to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Each flight represents a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness shown that day. We climb for those who never made it home, for their families, and for the generations of firefighters and first responders who continue to carry their legacy forward.

110 flights. One purpose. Never forgotten.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
