Are you 16–24 and interested in making a difference in your community?

The Duluth Workforce Development Board is looking for a youth member to join our board and help shape workforce opportunities for young people in Duluth.

As a Youth Board Member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Gain valuable experience with local government, business, and workforce leaders
Make a direct impact on employment outcomes for youth
Expand your professional network

Minimum qualifications:
✅ Age 16–24
✅ Live in or attend school in Duluth
✅ Interest in career pathways and workforce development
✅ Willing to serve a one-year term
✅ Able to attend six in-person meetings per year
✅ Able to participate in monthly committee meetings
