Drink some water. Get some rest.
It sounds simple, but it matters more than we give it credit for.
When you’re overwhelmed, tired, or not feeling like yourself, your body might just be asking for the basics.
Pause. Take a few sips. Lie down if you can. Give yourself a moment to reset.
You don’t have to push through everything. Sometimes the best thing you can do is take care of yourself in the simplest ways.
