🐾🚒 HELPING PROTECT THE PETS WHO ARE PART OF OUR FAMILIES 🚒🐾
Operation Light of Hope – Disaster Relief is honored to partner with Sarah Cornelious, who took on an incredible challenge: helping make sure every fire department in Perry County, Pennsylvania has access to a pet oxygen mask kit.
When we saw Sarah’s request and learned more about what she was working to accomplish, we knew we wanted to help support her mission.
One of the goals of Operation Light of Hope is to support families — and the pets who are part of those families. ❤️🐾
We do that in several ways, including our Wags & Whiskers Pet Disaster Comfort Kits, lost pet recovery efforts, disaster response assistance, and now by helping place potentially life-saving pet oxygen mask kits into the hands of local firefighters.
Thanks to the generosity of Operation Light of Hope supporters, we were able to donate SIX pet oxygen mask kits to help Sarah move closer to her goal of equipping fire departments throughout Perry County.
🚒 Each kit includes:
🐾 Pet oxygen masks in multiple sizes
🫁 Oxygen equipment/tank components
📋 Flow-rate and usage instructions
📞 Operation Light of Hope contact information
And we wanted to take our commitment one step further.
If one of the kits we helped provide is used during an emergency or its contents are damaged, the department can contact Operation Light of Hope and we will replace the needed contents FREE of charge.
We don’t want a department to hesitate to use this equipment because they’re worried about replacing it afterward.
If it can help save the life of someone’s pet, that’s exactly what it’s there for.
To Sarah — thank you for seeing a need and stepping up to do something about it. We are honored to come alongside you and help make this mission possible.
