Village Tech Schools welcomes Tammi Haden as Chief Financial Officer for the 2026-27 school year. Mrs. Haden brings nearly two decades of experience building fiscally sound systems. For Mrs. Haden, financial stewardship is about care. Every policy she puts in place carries a guiding question: “How does this protect the students and the people being served?” She brings that same intentionality to Village Tech Schools, taking the time to get to know the people she serves before anything else.

Her commitment to leadership extends beyond her role at Village Tech Schools. A certified coach and trainer with Becoming Your Best Global Leadership, Mrs. Haden teaches the "Do What Matters Most" framework and six-step process for high-performance living. She also serves as an adjunct for TASBO, supporting school finance and operational knowledge across Texas, a role that reflects both her technical depth and her commitment to strengthening the field beyond her own organization. We are excited that she is bringing that expertise to our Village.

Mrs. Haden holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from East Texas A&M.
