The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla Dunedin 11-10 will offer a two-day Boater Safety Course on Saturday, August 8, and Sunday, August 9, at the Dunedin Marina (51 Main Street) ⚓

The course costs $50 per person and will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days at the Harbormaster Building. The eight-hour course satisfies Florida’s mandatory boating education requirement for anyone born after January 1, 1988, and will help educate boaters of all ages on safe and responsible boating.

Upon completion, participants will receive a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Safe Boating ID card. Email [email protected] or call 727-736-1191 to register for the course.

Join us Thursday, July 30 at 6:15 p.m. for a free event to help families prepare for the school year! 🎒 Local exhibitors will be available at the MLK, Jr. Recreation Center (550 Laura Lane) to provide information about before and after school programs, health and wellness, safety, extra curriculars/sports, and much more. Plus, the first 200 school-aged children will receive a free backpack and school supplies.

Rob Walker Officially Unopposed for Re-Election!

Rob Walker is honored to announce that he is officially unopposed for re-election.
