Thank you for showing up in a HUGE way for our summer reading kickoff! We welcomed over 400 patrons for programming on Monday and are looking forward to another successful June! Thank you to all our patrons, volunteers, and our Friends of the Dunlap Public Library.

Join us at Wheels O' Time Museum, Thursday (6/4) at 11:00a for Pet a Tractor!

There’s just a couple more days until the Wheels O’ Time will be hosting their one-of-a-kind tractor petting zoo! This Thursday, our friends from the Dunlap Public Library District will be joining us at 11:00 a.m on Thursday, June 4 to read stories to the children, and the kids will have the opportunity to come meet our unique creatures: Antique tractors.

That's right — your little ones can get up close and personal with our amazing tractors! Kids will have the chance to "pet" these magnificent machines while learning all about them. Bring the kids out for an experience they surely won't forget any time soon. Feel free to make a day of it, as the museum will be open at its regular operating hours after the petting zoo closes!

The petting zoo event will be free for children and families to attend, but visitors must pay regular admission to walk around and experience the museum afterward.

A huge thank you goes out to the Rowan family,
who spread the rest of our mulch this weekend and finished our outside story time area! It looks fantastic!

Tonight at our Board of Trustees meeting, we were happy to recognize some of the Scouts from Troop 88 who volunteered their time to spread mulch around the library’s landscaping beds. The Scouts met with Board President Jim Emanuels. Their hard work and community service makes the library a more beautiful place for everyone!
