Daus Mountain Road will be closed from 8:00am to 4:00pm each day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for culvert replacements. No through traffic will be allowed.

We at the Sequatchie County Highway Department would like to thank Mayor Land and the City crew for helping us get our sewage/water issue fixed up yesterday. Thank you especially to Brandon Williford & Blake Smith and their crew for spending most of their day helping us out, we appreciate you all!!!!

Update: 2/26/2026 our office is open for normal business hours. Thank you for your patience.

Due to plumbing and water issues, beyond our control, the office will be closed. The crews will continue to work out in the field and on roads.
You can message on Facebook for issues related to county roads. Plumbers and City Hall is currently working on the situation.... thank you, and sorry for any inconvenience.
