DGS is one of five elementary schools in Dunlap School District. Home to about 230 students in grades K-5, DGS is located in the Heart of the Village of Dunlap just North of the Peoria Metropolitan area. At DGS we strive to ensure the growth and development of all students. Our vision is that Dunlap Grade students will continuously excel in a global society by being:

Self-motivated learners

Critical thinkers
Effective communicators
Skilled collaborators
Responsible and culturally aware citizens
Technologically capable creators
