2026 Refuse Fee:

At last year's budget meeting, the difficult decision was made to no longer waive the Refuse Fee. This will be the first time the fee will be collected since 2014 and remains at the same rate of $150 per unit. This rate fee has also not changed since 2002. Berkheimer has been contracted to mail and process bills. The explanation letter that will be going out with your bill along with sample bills can be found at https://dunmorepa.gov/tax-office/

Due to the heat, DPW will be starting an hour early (5:30 am) for the rest of this week. Please ensure your garbage is put out the night before.

Borough Holiday Schedule:

Both the Borough offices and DPW will be closed Friday, July 3rd in honor of America's 250th Anniversary. Both will re-open Monday, July 6th.
