**CITY HALL EXTERIOR WORK – REQUEST FOR BIDS**

The City of Dunn Center is seeking bids for exterior staining and painting work at City Hall, located at 3 W Main St, Dunn Center, ND.

Scope generally includes:
* Cleaning and preparation of exterior wood siding
* Staining of exterior wood siding
* Minor surface preparation/repairs as needed
* Preparation and painting of exterior trim, accents, and overhead garage doors
* Labor, materials, equipment, protection, and cleanup

Contractor Requirements:
* Must be properly registered/licensed with the State of North Dakota
* Must carry appropriate liability insurance
* Must have experience specializing in exterior staining and painting
*Preference may be given to contractors located within Dunn County or the surrounding area

BIDS DUE:
Tuesday, September 8, 2026 by 4:00 PM

⚠️ Harmful Algal Bloom Alert ⚠️

Harmful algal bloom advisories are in effect for Devils Lake, Lake Brekken, Lake Darling, Lake Tschida, and Lake Ilo. Warnings are in effect for Bowman-Haley Dam, South Golden Lake, and Warsing Dam.

If the water looks green, blue-green, or has a thick surface scum, stay out. Harmful algal blooms can produce toxins that may pose health risks to people and animals.

Avoid contact with algae-covered water. Report suspected blooms: 701-328-5210 or [email protected]

When in doubt, stay out.
