Join the Dunwoody Sustainability Committee and St. Luke’s Green Team to view the documentary ‘Chasing Coral’ at St Luke’s Presbyterian Church on Saturday, October 7, 4-6pm. This event is free and family friendly.

Coral reefs around the world are vanishing at an unprecedented rate. A team of divers, photographers and scientists set out on a thrilling ocean adventure to discover why and to reveal the underwater mystery to the world.

Rainforests of the sea, coral reefs are home to millions of species, acting as majestic underwater ecosystems vital to oceanic life—and ultimately, human survival. Despite their biodiversity, they remain vulnerable to coral bleaching, a deadly phenomenon caused by the warmer water temperatures of climate change.

Tremendous thanks to Saint Luke's Presbyterian Church and the fantastic "Green Team" volunteers for making the City of Dunwoody - Government Electronics Recycling event a success!! More than 15,000 pounds of recyclable electronics were collected. Thanks to all who contributed to another outstanding community event.
