Staff Spotlight: Megan 🌟

We’re thrilled to put the spotlight on Megan, who joined the BBBS team ready to make a lasting impact on local youth who need strong, supportive mentors in their lives.

Megan brings over two decades of experience in the youth development field to our organization. Backed by a degree in Public Relations from Missouri State University, a certification in Nonprofit Management, and extensive training in leadership and youth advocacy, she is deeply committed to building strong teams and expanding our capacity to serve families across our community.

Megan’s strategic approach, wealth of expertise, and genuine passion for mission-driven work help ensure our programs stay strong, supportive, and accessible to the kids who need them most.

We are so lucky to have Megan’s leadership and vision on our team! 💚
