IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR — THE BAYFIELD HERITAGE DAYS 5K IS BACK!

Join us on Saturday, September 26!

Start your Heritage Days off with a 5K around Bayfield, you can walk it, jog it, run it or just come have some fun!
Keep your eyes open along the way, we’ll have little sheep hiding along the race route. Find one, bring it back to the finish line, and trade it in for a prize!

The Super Shooters 4-H Club has been putting on this race for the past 4 years, and 100% of the proceeds benefit our club and its 80 youth members.

5K Registration
Adults: $22.50 (includes $2.50 sign-up fee)
Kids: $12.50 (the kids' price will automatically drop at checkout!)

Livestock Members!
Remember that your fully completed beef, goat, rabbit, poultry, sheep & swine record books are due by 5 PM on Sept. 8th.

Our office is closed on Monday, Sept. 7th. However, Angela Fountain will be in the office between 10 AM and 2 PM. You are welcome to drop off your record books between this time or anytime between 8 AM and 5 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 8th.

Please check your emails for instructions on dropping off record books on Monday, Sept. 7, between 10 AM and 2 PM.

Four Corners Motorcycle Rally started today at 2 PM at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Event Center. They have it blocked at the 25th Street entrance; it will be blocked through Sunday, and the office is closed for Labor Day. Please note that it may be easier to come next Tuesday, the 8th, after Labor Day. We are also short-staffed in the office; there may be a wait to get into the office. Have a wonderful holiday weekend. Thank you!
