The Southern Oklahoma Development Association (SODA) is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to join our team in Durant, Oklahoma. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily administrative operations of our organization, helping ensure an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace while supporting programs and services that make a difference throughout Southern Oklahoma.

What You’ll Do
Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
Provide support to leadership and staff
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, mail, and reception
Maintain inventories and administrative records
Assist with budgeting and office expense tracking
Schedule building maintenance and support special projects
Help improve office procedures and organizational efficiency

Qualifications
Experience in office management or administrative support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong professional ethics
High school diploma required (college education and/or related experience preferred)

Joye was in Bryan County on Thursday at the Ron Cross Senior Center. Lunch was amazing and she got to meet the king of karaoke!

🥚 Helping Our Community Stay Nourished 🥚

We’re excited to share a new opportunity for Bryan County seniors. Through a partnership with Asian Gourmet, eggs will be available for eligible residents at the Ron Cross Senior Activity Center.

Beginning May 12, distribution will take place each day in the early afternoon. Quantities are limited, so we encourage arriving early. Caregivers are also welcome to pick up on behalf of those they assist.

This effort is made possible thanks to the generosity of Wu Ye and his dedication to supporting local seniors.

Jason and Joye were in Carter County on Tuesday at SouthernTech for the first CENA Application training and to hand out scanners to senior centers!
