Dolly Parton will be missed by the world and we would like to showcase her program, Imagination Library" which sends books to children each month. You can donate to the local program partner, Friends of the Donald W. Reynolds Community Center & Library, through this link. The funds go directly to the Imagination Library fund. We currently have almost 1600 kiddos in Bryan County who receive books monthly. Please consider making a donation in honor of this amazing woman!

Is someone on Main Street missing this lil guy? He’s just a baby and was howling and crying outside an office window this morning. He’s plump but dirty! Animal control is on their way but he misses his momma!!!

REMINDER: Ms. Tommie's youth sewing class has a few spots open for Monday, Aug. 24th. This FREE class will help teach basic sewing and the child will leave with a finished product. They will be making cell phone holders. Call or email to sign up!

NO WAITING! Come help support the local animal shelter by donating at the library this month. If we exceed our goal of 15 the rescue, Fix'em Inc, will get a check from the OBI.

Reminder to donate blood at the library on Monday! If we exceed our goal the OBI will donate funds to "Fix'em, Inc." This is a local animal rescue that spays/neuters local animals from the Durant Shelter & also helps transport local strays to other rescues for adoption. Help Kathy Stoica and her crew out by donating blood.
You can also help by making an appt through the Donable Cares app. These appts will donate $15 per donor to "Fix'em, Inc."
