I’m passionate about consistency, quality, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something we’re proud of. I love building strong teams, mentoring young cooks, and creating an atmosphere where both the staff and guests genuinely enjoy being there. For me, great food is important, but the energy, hospitality, and experience around it matter just as much. Our Cajun Chicken Alfredo (pictured below) is definitely one of my favorites to make. A lot of love goes into making this dish, take time to perfect it!”
