As an entrepreneur and growth strategist, Joe knows firsthand what it takes to build a small business and keep it moving forward. He enjoys helping business owners get clear on where they want to go and make thoughtful decisions about how to get there.

Throughout his career, Joe has worked with organizations looking for new ways to grow and better connect with their customers. He has also led teams and mentored colleagues, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges that come with building a business.

When Kate Mathews opened Fresh Tracks Sandwich Shop in Lincoln, she wanted to bring something new to the White Mountains. With financing and a referral from Grafton Regional Development Corporation (GRDC), plus ongoing guidance from NH SBDC advisor Ashley Warwick, she turned that vision into a thriving business and a favorite spot for locals and visitors.
