The public is invited to attend our special board meeting on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 9341 Midway, Unit B, Durham CA 95938.
The purpose of this meeting to is to consider and adopt Resolution 2026-07 - Consolidation of District Board of Director Seats, which will enable the District to increase the number of directors from three to five. There will also be a closed session meeting for discussion with legal counsel regarding existing litigation.

The meeting is expected to be brief.
