• Ask for their City of Duvall peddler/solicitor license.
• Look up the company website.
• Confirm they’re licensed in Washington.
• Verify their license, insurance, and bond at https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/
• Ask how long they’ve been in business.
• Never pay upfront.
• If you feel unsafe or feels suspicious, call 911.
