The Dyer Fire Department is dedicated to protecting our community and helping families stay safe. Having working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in your home is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your loved ones during an emergency. Next Saturday, we will be hosting a Station Tour and Smoke Alarm Sign-Up Day at the Dyer Fire Department. We encourage everyone to come out, tour the station, meet your local firefighters, and sign up for smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for your home. This is also a great opportunity for anyone interested in the fire service to learn more about what we do, see our equipment up close, and discover how you can become involved in serving your community through the fire department. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. Please share this post.Thank you for your support.

Friday May 8th, Dyer Fire Department along with several other departments from Gibson County were requested for mutual aid to Henry, Tennessee. Our crew was on scene for 6 hours before being relieved and returning to Dyer.

We'd like to send our thoughts and prayers to those affected in Henry, as well as the Henry Fire Department and the immediate surrounding departments. We're thankful for the opportunity to help our fellow brothers and sisters.
