NNO in Dysart is postponed due to possible severe weather.

Years ago the Dysart Fire Department was able to purchase new SCBA's. Since then we have tried to find a good place for the old gear. Due to regulations in the U.S., expired gear like this cannot be used here. Al found this non-profit organization that takes old gear and sends it overseas. This gentlemen told us about sending a cultivator overseas and how they will also use wooden bleachers to make school desks overseas.
Please check out their website and see if there are ways you can help. They will also help locally with a natural disaster, if requested.

It’s that time of the year again, National Night Out! Join us Tuesday, August 4th from 6pm until 8pm at the Dysart City Park. This will be our BEST one yet. We will have inflatables that include a 20-foot slide (for all ages), sports obstacle course, and a toddler bounce house. There will also be a dunk tank, a complete inflatable speed pitch cage so ya all can show off your arm strength/speed, balloon twisters, face painting, a LIVE DJ and more! 🎸🔥 THE FIREMEN'S DANCE IS BACK! 🔥🎸

Join us on Friday, July 3rd from 7:00–11:00 PM in the Dysart City Park for one of the favorite traditions of Club Dysart's 4th of July Celebration!

This year, we're excited to welcome The Dealbreakers from Dubuque, Iowa to the stage. Bringing the best rock hits from the 1990s and 2000s, The Dealbreakers are known throughout Eastern Iowa and the Tri-State area for their high-energy performances and crowd-pleasing setlists.

🎤 "Take a step back in time where the internet was new and the music was GREAT!"

Led by Dan McGovern, The Dealbreakers have shared the stage with acts including The Pork Tornadoes and Three Doors Down. Get ready for a night filled with your favorite throwback rock hits, cold drinks, and great company as we kick off the holiday weekend.

🍻 Members of Dysart Fire & Rescue will be serving throughout the evening at the beverage tent and ticket booth, so be sure to stop by and support the volunteers who help keep our community safe year-round.

Grab your friends, bring your lawn chairs, and enjoy a great night of live music in the park!
