Minnesota Hoarding Task Force

Minnesota Hoarding Task Force For Minnesotans affected by hoarding. Our new group re-started in 2016. We are redefining how we want to do business. See our new website for more information.

For people impacted by challenges related to excessive acquisition, excessive saving or excessive clutter, we offer:
Education, Advocacy & Networking We are a volunteer group made up of professionals who work in various fields, as well as individuals who have a personal interest in hoarding. We welcome others to join us at monthly meetings, where we network, learn from each other, and move forwar

d on our mission. We are in the process of applying for non-profit status. One of the ways we aim to educate the public is to simply define what hoarding and "hoarding disorder" are. We envision communities that implement best practices to support those affected by hoarding where individuals are supported with sustainable options while being treated with dignity and respect.

Thank you to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity ReStore for hosting our June Meeting and for the Behind the Scenes Tour! We love what you do for the community and keeping waste out of the landfill.
If you have items that fit their criteria, please consider donating to this amazing organization!

Items must be in very good condition and from a pest free home.

Large furniture, Light fixtures, new building materials, and good quality (no pets) area rugs.

It is also a great place to check if you are building a new cabin or shed- they have new windows (never installed, but for some reason they came the wrong size, color, etc).
