This workshop will guide participants through how to identify potential fall hazards in their home and provide practical strategies to create a safer living environment. Topics will include improving lighting, reducing tripping hazards, organizing living spaces for better accessibility, simple exercises, and making small modifications that can significantly reduce fall risk.
