Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Today’s 5k was a huge success! We could not have done this without the help of all of our volunteers. 💜💜💜💜💜 We appreciate each and every one of you! Also, thanks to each and every one of you that registered or shared our event. We were so happy with the amount of people that participated in this event!!

The First Annual Eagle Grove EMS 5K is on Saturday July 11, 2026. It includes the following events: 1st Annual Eagle Grove EMS 5K and 1st Annual Eagle Grove EMS Kids Dash.

Employee Spotlight x2: Janet Fuller & Lori Hungate

Janet Fuller:

Position: EMT
-Has been in EMS since 2012
-Hobbies: spending time with family, friends, and her
Two dogs. She also loves shopping and getting
Deals on “whatnot”
-Fun Fact: Janet has 15 grandkids that she is
Extremely proud of!
-Words of advice: “ EMS is a very fulfilling job and a
Great way to help out the community.”

Lori Hungate:

Position: EMT
-Started in EMS in 1987!!
-Hobbies: biking, kayaking, camping, dragon-
Boating, and bowling. Enjoy being with family and
Friends.
-Fun Fact: I have tandem jumped from a plane and
Would love to do it again!
-Words of advice: “Being in EMS is a very gratifying
Thing. It is not about the money. It is about caring
And helping people. It makes you feel good.”
