Join us as we celebrate our 5th-grade students during the Eagle Rock Step-Up Ceremony on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This special event recognizes the accomplishments, leadership, and growth of our students as they prepare to take the next step into middle school. Families will enjoy a look back at the school year, student speeches, certificate presentations, and leadership recognition.
We are proud of all our Owls and look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone together.

Students recently wrapped up the “Beef For and After” classroom presentation offered by Calves in the Classroom, and it was a huge hit! Throughout the year, students learned about the dedication, responsibility, and teamwork involved in raising and preparing steers for the Jackson County Fair and 4-H activities. From daily care and grooming to practicing showmanship skills, students got an inside look at the hard work and pride that go into livestock projects.

The program also introduced students in Mrs. Jimenez’s class to R***r, the class presenter, who quickly became a favorite. When R***r walked into the room, the students were instantly excited and ready for whatever came next. It was a heartfelt moment to see them all gather around R***r as he signed off with the last lesson of the year.

Our ERE first-grade class had a wonderful hands-on learning experience exploring the life cycle of chicks during a visit to Coastal Farm Supply in White City. Students were engaged and curious as they learned about each stage of development and saw it come to life up close. Experiences like this help bring classroom learning into the real world in meaningful and memorable ways.

Teacher Appreciation Week is Monday, May 4, through Friday, May 8, 2026. We look forward to recognizing the outstanding work of our educators across EPSD9.

We want to take a moment to simply say thank you. The work happening across EPSD9 each day does not go unnoticed. The care you show, the relationships you build, and the consistency you bring positively impact our students. Whether in the classroom, offices, support roles, or behind the scenes, your dedication shapes the environment and the success of every student we serve. That impact reaches far beyond academics. It builds confidence, trust, and a sense of belonging that students carry with them long after they leave our schools.

Hello EPSD9 Community, School Bus Driver Appreciation Day is Tuesday, April 28th!
Every day, our bus drivers are among the first to greet our students and the last to wish them well on their way home. They do far more than transport our students; they create a safe, welcoming environment for each school day, building relationships and supporting success.
Eagle Point School District 9 is grateful for the care, patience, and commitment that our bus drivers continuously show to students and families across our district.
