This week’s drill focus is the Corkscrew Drill! 🏊♂️
In this video, our students are working on the dolphin kick while incorporating controlled body rotation. The corkscrew drill is a multifaceted skill builder that helps swimmers develop a stronger connection between their core, hips, and kick.
By rotating smoothly through the water while maintaining a consistent dolphin kick, swimmers improve:

✨ Core strength and stability
✨ Proper body positioning in the water
✨ Rotation control and coordination
✨ Overall efficiency in all four competitive strokes
