A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Tuesday to celebrate the ribbon cutting and grand opening of 158 Miller Ranch Road Apartments! ✂️🎉

We're stoked to see this vision for the CMC Edwards Campus fully realized! By partnering with Colorado Mountain College and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), we've added 30 more modern rental homes, bringing the campus total to 102 units, right in the heart of the Eagle River Valley.

When our local workforce and students have a stable place to call home, our entire community thrives. We are proud to invest in a future where living, learning, and working are all within reach! 🏠🏔️

🏔️ Deed-restricted housing had an incredible month in Eagle County, leading the market in May with 38 sales and a record-breaking $24M in volume. That’s a lot of locals buying homes. Congrats! 📈🏡
