We encourage you to submit your questions, comments, and concerns, but please note that these are moderated online discussion sites and not public forums. Once posted, the County reserves the right
to delete these kinds of submissions:
a. Vulgar language
b. Personal attacks of any kind toward an individual, including those directed at specific Montgomery County elected officials and Montgomery County’s government officers and employees
c. Comments or content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, s*x, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, s*xual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, political affiliations, or other protected class
d. Spam or unrelated links to other sites
e. Comments or content that is repetitive or duplicative in nature (the same comment posted multiple times)
f. Comments or content that is clearly off topic
g. Comments or content that advocate illegal activity
h. Comments or content that promote particular services, products, or political organizations
i. Comments or content that infringe on copyrights or trademarks
j. Personally identifiable medical information
k. Information that may compromise the safety, security, or proceedings of public systems or any criminal or civil investigations
If there are repeated violations from a user, then Montgomery County Department of Public Safety social media administrators will ban participation on platforms that permit organizations to ban users.
