It’s a beautiful day and the chicken smells awesome! Come on down at 1pm and grab yours to go for the tailgate! Meals cost $17 and include a half chicken, homemade potato salad, baked beans, and a cookie. All proceeds stay local and benefit the EAF&G!

On Sunday September 7th, 2025, The Aurora-Cazenovia VFW Post #205 will be running a Chicken BBQ to benefit the East Aurora Fish & Game Club at the East Aurora American Legion starting at 1pm until sold out. The BBQ will be drive through only and the meals will include a half chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and a cookie (all sides are homemade!) The cost is $17/meal and cash, check, or credit card will be accepted. ALL proceeds will go to the East Aurora Fish & Game Club. If you’re heading over to Tailgate at the stadium, consider grabbing yours on the way!

Aurora-Cazenovia VFW Post 205 was happy to be a partner of the Rural Outreach Center yesterday at their ROC Classic Golf Tournament. If you or your organization hasn’t considered supporting the ROC, you should. They do great work for people in need in our community and the surrounding!

Memorial Day Chicken BBQ! Monday is the day! Join VFW 205 for a delicious chicken BBQ at noon at the East Aurora American Legion Post #362 following the town Memorial Day Ceremony. Dinners cost $17 and include a half chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and a cookie (Everything homemade!). 🐓🐓🐓

Also, our members are out throughout the weekend at Tops distributing the “Buddy Poppies”. All donations collected benefit Veteran causes. 🌺🌺🌺
