🚨Road Conditions Update – Yadkin County 🚨

If you can stay off the roads, do it. Many roadways are slick and hazardous, and freezing temperatures are expected to continue through the day and overnight.

Our 911 staff, law enforcement, EMS, fire, and rescue personnel remain fully staffed and ready to respond. Please understand that emergency response times may be longer than normal due to dangerous driving conditions.

An INTD is embedded at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to assist with emergency operations and coordinate shelter transportation as needed.

The East Bend Fire District is seeking qualified candidates to serve on its Board of Directors, representing the East Bend Community. To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years old, reside in the EBFD Fire District or own property in the district, pass a background check, and commit to attending monthly business and Board meetings.
