✅ Must be a Yadkin County Schools student or a homeschool student residing in Yadkin County
✅ Student must be born on or before December 25, 2011
👁️ Required Eye Exam: Thursday, June 25

FFA member Leah Collins and Mrs. Bridges attended camp this week at White Lake.
During camp, students participate in a variety of recreational and leadership activities including swimming, water sports, basketball, volleyball, softball, and many other chapter competitions.
We are proud of our Falcon for representing Forbush FFA and taking advantage of this opportunity to grow as a leader while making memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to Mrs. Bridges for investing in our students and helping provide these incredible experiences!

FHS DECA would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible Central Office and Forbush High School staff supporting and participating in this year’s Support Our Troops 2.0 community service project. Because of your generosity and willingness to get involved, we were able to send 10 care‑filled boxes and dozens of handwritten messages to U.S. service members stationed overseas.

Your contributions—whether through sponsoring a box, donating items, or encouraging students—helped us continue a meaningful tradition of service. This project is about more than sending snacks; it’s about sending a message to our service members that we truly appreciate their sacrifices and that they are never forgotten.

Thanks to your support, FHS DECA also earned Achievement Recognition in the 2025–2026 DECA Chapter Campaigns and received a pennant of honor, along with Forbush High School's name being proudly recognized on DECA.org and at this year’s DECA International Career Development Conference.

Richmond Hill Law School Commission Presents $500 Donation to FHS DECA

Forbush High School DECA is proud to share a moment of celebration and gratitude as the Richmond Hill Law School Commission presented the chapter with a $500 donation in recognition of the work Mrs. Funk’s Sport & Event Marketing Classes, Hospitality & Tourism Classes and her DECA students completed throughout the school year.

This generous contribution reflects the Commission’s appreciation for the creativity, time, and hands‑on effort students invested in helping reimagine the branding and community engagement potential of the Historic Richmond Hill Law School. From designing original logos and merchandise prototypes to creating gifts for Commission members and magnets for every fourth grader in the county, students demonstrated professionalism, innovation, and a genuine commitment to community partnership.

The Commission’s donation is a meaningful acknowledgment of the students’ hard work and the positive impact of this collaboration. FHS DECA is deeply grateful for this support and looks forward to continuing partnerships that connect students with real‑world learning experiences while strengthening ties within our community.
