Volunteers with East Berlin Neighbors spent their Saturday morning pulling weeds🌱and cleaning up 🧹King Street. THANK YOU!

We will be out TOMORROW Saturday August 21 pulling weeds. Come help us make our town even more beautiful 🌸🌻
We will be starting on the SouthWest side of King street and Third (by the post office) - and heading west. Hope to see you there!

Neighbors and Parks & Rec working together!

At last night's Parks & Rec meeting, local Girl Scouts (1 in person and 1 recorded in an excellent out of the box collaboration 👏🏻) proposed a new dog park sign to help visitors find it. Residents shared their vision for canopied hiking and biking trails in Kuhn's Woods. Everyone worked constructively together - listening, sharing ideas and finding common ground.

This is what community looks like. Thank you to everyone who came out and contributed to shaping the spaces we all share! 🌳🐾

A reminder: no one should be soliciting at your home if you have a posted "No Solicitation" sign or if they don't have a valid borough-issued permit.

EB RESIDENTS - Please continue to be very diligent about potential scams. For example, anyone asking for payment for outstanding warrants and any payment demands, especially via bitcoin.

Zwingli United Church of Christ will be offering a phone and email scam informational meeting on August 14 from 1-3pm by the PA State Police. All are invited to attend.

Please also be aware of this notice on the borough website regarding IRS who could potentially be in our area. Please be vigilant and ask for proper identification.
