🎒 Open Houses at BCS 🎒

We loved seeing our students and families at last night's Open Houses! Our Elementary students got to meet their teachers and get so many back-to-school hugs in. The 6th grader got their orientation to the Middle/High School before taking a crack at opening lockers. And our M/HS students got to walk their schedules and pick up Chromebooks for the new year.

It was a great turnout and we are happy to see so many smiling faces. It's going to be a great school year! 🏫🍎✏️

🏫 Welcome Back, BCS Teachers & Staff! 🏫

Today, teachers and staff returned for Superintendent's Conference Day. This morning kicked off with fresh inspiration, a celebration for years of service, and a guest speaker who reminded us about what kind of experience we want to create for students at Bloomfield. Then our staff band played a little rock 'n roll before sending everyone off to work.

We are ready to have a great year and can't wait to see all of our students at Open House tonight! 🫶

🎶 Bloomfield Sings in NY-ACDA Honors Choirs! 🎶

Last weekend, five BCS students participated in the NY-ACDA honor choirs at Siena University. They got to meet students from across the state and work with renowned conductors.

Congrats to Ty Naffziger for participating in High School Choir, as well as Mason Weeks, Kaylee Hill, Benjamin Kemper, and Sativa MacIntyre for singing with the Middle School Choir!

The print shop made a mistake with the district calendar. We are aware that is missing the months at the end of the year. If you receive one in the mail, please disregard it. New ones are getting printed and will be delivered as soon as possible.
The first day of school for students in September 8.
