On Tuesday at 0705 hours companies responded to 15409 Euclid Ave for an active apartment fire. On arrival crews found heavy fire and smoke pushing from the south side of the building. Crews made an aggressive interior attack. Crews were on scene for 1 1/2 hours battling this fire. No firefighters or civilians were injured.

The East Cleveland Fire Department finished 2025 with 7,897 calls. 2025 was the busiest year in the department’s history! This is a 1% increase from last year.
