The Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra (GGFSO) is partnering with the Grand Forks Children's Museum to present Camille Saint-Saëns' beloved work The Carnival of the Animals on Friday, October 30th at 6:00 p.m. at the EGF Senior High PAC.

This sensory-friendly, interactive concert brings animals to life through live symphonic music, narration, and movement activities for children of all ages and their families.

Designed with our youngest audience members in mind, the concert will be under an hour, with no expectation of complete stillness or silence. Wiggles are welcome! From young pups to wise old owls, everyone is invited to come as they are

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

East Grand Forks Public Schools is the only district in the area that does not have an operating levy. The operational expenses are now outweighing what the current budget can support, which is what Question One on the November 3rd ballot will aim to address.

📚❤️ A Little Library with a Big Purpose! ❤️📚

South Point is excited to promote our new Little Free Indigenous Library! This special addition provides students with an opportunity to explore Indigenous stories, learn about Native cultures and traditions, and discover the voices and experiences of Indigenous authors.

Books help us learn about one another, celebrate different cultures, and build understanding and respect within our school community. We hope our students enjoy exploring the books and discovering new stories along the way!
