The Suffolk County Clerk has a Homeowner's Watch List (HOWL). The Suffolk County Clerk is happy to provide a new and free service offered to Suffolk homeowners that can alert them to newly recorded filings against their property.
If you are searching for a condominium, you cannot use the property address to search. You must enter the exact Tax Map Number for the property. If you do not have the condominium Tax Map Number, you may contact the Town Assessor's Office in which the property is located.
* NOTE: There is currently a 2-month delay in Suffolk County recordings.

Click on the highlighted property that appears on the map.
Click the HOWL tab and fill out Homeowner information and email address.
