Yesterday EJES held our annual Cancer Walk to remember, honor and support those affected by cancer. Thank you to all of you who helped make this event a success! We raised over $1469 to go towards gas cards for our community! This year, students were challenged by Mr. Kelts. He promised that if they raised more than $1,000, he would shave his beard. Mission accomplished!

The following East Jordan Middle School students participated in the 57th Annual America and Me Essay Contest: Zaiden Gee, Brock Raymond, Archer Bearden, Lexi Wenz, Marley Baxter, Kinsey McCafferty, Kinley Skop, Ava Ciesinski, Addison Worden and Jenna Wilson (pictured below).
The top three winners were: Addison Worden (3rd place), Kinley Skop (2nd place) and Zaiden Gee (1st place winner). Congratulations to all of those who entered the contest and to all of our students on their academic success this school year.
