Announcement regarding Alumni Participation & Practice Access
Due to significant growth in members over the past few years, we have experienced limited pool space during regular practices. As a result, we've had to make some adjustments to manage overcrowding. Moving forward, alumni, faculty, and staff attendance at practices will be by invitation only, based on space availability and advance notice of your plans to be in the area.
Process for approval and invitation of Faculty, staff, and alumni to club practices and social events:
1) Email the Executive Board at [email protected] requesting approval to attend a practice or social event at a minimum of 3 Days(72 hours) prior. Ensure a name and reason are provided in the request.
2) The Executive Board will review submissions and respond with a final decision as soon as possible.
